Class Description

An immersive workshop that explores the world of mushrooms, sponsored by Smallhold, a boutique mushroom company. Students will engage their senses in a 4-course mushroom tasting by Annie Faye Cheng, paired with writing prompts and readings by Leah Kirts that center the queer, culinary and cultural elements of mycology.
