Mushroom Tasting & Food Writing Workshop

Class Description

An immersive workshop that explores the world of mushrooms, sponsored by Smallhold, a boutique mushroom company. Students will engage their senses in a 4-course mushroom tasting by Annie Faye Cheng, paired with writing prompts and readings by Leah Kirts that center the queer, culinary and cultural elements of mycology. Part of the profits will benefit our beloved neighborhood mutual aid, Sunnyside-Woodside Mutual Aid. Learn more at: Tickets are $50.
