Class Description

Whether you are a devoted snail mail enthusiast or you've never set foot in a post office, this workshop will inspire you to slow down, make meaningful connections, and express yourself through artful correspondence. We'll be collaging, painting, and drawing on postcards, cards, and envelopes — transforming everyday mail into mini works of art. You can make your own postcard to send to a neighbor through the Sunnyside Arts Mail Art Project, or create a personalized parcel to send to a long distance friend! All materials, postage, and letter writing tips are provided! All ages welcome.
